About

I have spent about twenty years working with computers and enjoy the challenges that it provides.  There is nothing more rewarding than seeing an overwhelmed customer walk away content and relieved that their computer is back in good working order and their data is unharmed.  I am a Microsoft Certified Professional.

This is the million dollar question.  Why should you let me work on your computer?  There are a number of reasons.

First, and most importantly, I will explain to you the things that I do to your computer in words that you can understand.  You will not be overwhelmed with tech jargon.  I want to help you prevent the problems that brought you to me to begin with. Let me help you take the mystery out of all of the technical terms and help you understand what caused the problem.

Second, I grew up working in a family business prior to moving to Idaho.  We believed in simple business principles.  Be honest, give a good price and back up your work.  If I exercise the above principles you will walk away a satisfied customer and will refer me to others.  The best business advertising comes from referrals from satisfied customers.

Third, I like to keep things simple and will not try to push things on you that you do not need nor desire.  I don’t know about you but the worst thing to me is dealing with a  pushy salesman.  Every customer is different and has different needs.  I can help you do what you want to do in the simplest manner.  The secret is matching up technology to your needs and helping you get the best bang for your buck in the process.

Fourth, you will get a competitive rate on repairs.  My fee of $60 per hour is a very good rate if you will go out there and take a look at the prices.

Fifth, as you can see, I am listed on Google and have all positive reviews. I also have reviews at nextdoor.com.  I have a business page on nextdoor.com with lots of reviews.  Having a good reputation means a lot to me. I strive to make sure that my customers walk away happy and are willing to refer customers to me.

Another key advantage is that I work out of a home office.  I can keep my rates lower as well as give my customers a more flexible schedule for dropping off and picking up their computers.  You don’t have to plan your repairs around store hours.  If you needed to drop off your computer at an odd hour just give me a call to make sure I am not out on a call or at a family event and we can make arrangements.  If you are running late at work and need to schedule a later pickup I can do that.  This type of arrangement makes for better customer service.
